What's new

  • Multiple items per consignment for write-off: Tariff code, goods value and country of manufacture can now be stated per package item where multiple commodities must be included on a cargo report for low value clearance.   For a single commodity, the fields under consignment/bill details may still be used to state goods value, tariff and country of manufacture.
  • Standard CSV/Text file format now supports multiple package items per consignment by repeating the freightbill number on additional rows.
  • Packaging list now supports column selection.  The column state is retained across browser sessions.   Column selection replaces the checkbox to display transport equipment columns.

What's new 

  • The payment method can now be selected when signing off declarations.  This replaces the Automatic Payment option.  The payment method may also set against the contact record for the importer.   For NZ import declarations, this may be used to explicitly state that payment should be applied to the client's (importer's) account or to cash. 

Issues Resolved

  • Fixed the cancellation for a declaration not being sent in some cases after the Renew option was used.
  • Fixed the option not being available for Completion of temporary or sight entry in some cases.

What's new

  • Shipment add and edit pages now have separate fields for the premises codes allowing the codes to be entered without creating a contact.  This is applicable only when the shipment is a consolidation.
  • Consignment add and edit pages now have separate fields for the premises codes allowing the codes to be entered without creating a contact.   This is applicable only to main consignments (within a shipment that is not a consolidation).
  • Transhipment options on the consignment add and edit pages have now been moved to the bottom.  There is a popup dialog now to enter the transhipment transport details (ie vessel or flight).

  • Forwarding Instruction document for outbound sea consolidation shipments.  Also allows housebill documents to be included in a single PDF file.
  • Carrier CSV file format extended with fields for delivery port and delivery premises.  This provides support for more complex domestic movements.  For example, international transhipments having a domestic port-to-port movement.

What's new

  • Sub-masterbill field introduced for sub-consolidation shipments.
  • Master house air waybill document can be generated for a sub-consolidation shipment (with sub-master bill field entered)
  • Phone number for shipper and consignee can now be displayed on air waybill PDF documents.  If entered, the shipper and consignee telephone numbers will be included in the FWB message.  For Master HAWB and HAWB documents, the notify party telephone number can also be displayed on the PDF document.
  • Carrier ICRs submitted to NZ TSW containing only DTR consignments will no longer have the CCR indicator set.  This is to allow carriers to request subsequent movements without incurring an additional NZ Customs transaction fee.

What's new

  • New report for Inbound Consolidation Statuses listing the Customs and Quarantine (MPI) status for each consignment within an inbound consolidation shipment.
  • For reports, there is now the option to save a copy to the Documents tab.  This applies only for reports related to a shipment or consignment.  Reports at the shipment level are saved to the shipment Documents.  Those at the consignment level are saved to the consignment Documents.  This functionality is not currently available for air waybills.
