Transitional facilities for empty containers need to be setup in the system as Contacts.
This must be done before using the packaging paste or bulk edit options where transitional facilities are needed.
This can be done from the main Contacts menu at the top of the page.
Use Add to create a new contact.
Tips:
- An address does not need to be provided to TSW, so just a dash and the country can be entered. However, where transitional facilities have multiple locations, having a address may help to distinguish these.
- The TF code needs to be entered as the 'Quarantine Approved Premises' under Registration Codes
- From the Contacts list, use the Column selection menu and tick Quarantine Premises. This will ensure that the TF code is displayed in the list. This can help to avoid duplicate contacts being created for the same transitional facility.
