To request a clearance for goods from TSW, a Declarant code and PIN will need to be configured for you as a user.
The steps to set or change your declarant details are outlined below.
Step 1. Go your Profile from the User menu (at the top of the page)
Step 2. On the Profile page select 'Set my declarant code and PIN' from the Options menu. 
Step 3. Enter your declarant details.
You will need enter a declarant code and PIN and also repeat the PIN as confirmation.
You can optionally have the system email you notifications for responses returned from TSW agencies.
Additionally documents, such as a declaration certificate, can be attached to emails on clearance.
Note: A declarant code is your personal code for TSW (not to be confused with the TSW code for the business).
